Branding JW Marriott's eternal vacation homes in the UAE's getaway emirate.

Living at the best hotels and resorts comes with a catch of going back home. But the UAE's latest getaway emirate, Ras Al Khaimah, has more of a forever-home vibe to it. With the UAE's first casino resort in the works and a multi-billion dollar investment in motion, the Marriott Group launched its premium brand - this time as a residential estate in Al Marjan Island.

THE BRIEF


It's a blissful feeling to kick back and relax in the finest of resorts, but packaging its hospitality in a home with all the perks - now that's the jackpot. WOW Resorts, the developer, reached out to us to brand, label, package, and sell JW Marriott's first branded residences in Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

Amidst the web of brand guidelines and healthy rounds of feedback, we were set to knock this brand out of the park.

THE CREATIVE PROCESS

From zeroing down to the aura of a hospitality mammoth to conveying its messaging to the masses in almost every medium, this was a fun one.

The film was shot on a green screen, my first experience of that sort and it was extravagant - from storyboarding to scripts and then some more. And yes, the collateral simply followed, leading to a multi-channel branding activity that was one to behold.
