THE BRIEF
What’s there to a brief if it doesn’t have an objective of pleasing five stakeholders at the same time? With the Dubai real estate scene surrounded by multiple decision-makers trying to exhibit their might, we had an exclusive sales partner to please, a project to sell, and a developer to market.
But the fact that they all wanted to market ‘Eywa’ as something that the city of striking luxuries had never seen was constant. With a 360-degree campaign and an out-of-home billboard on the revered Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai on the cards, we set out to make Eywa the talk of the town.
THE TARGET AUDIENCE
This one was all about science and spirituality; cue to {vastu\crystals\aura cleanse\energy healing} being put in fat decks of ‘targeted high-impact marketing’ mambo-jumbo. But a good advertising strategy starts with identifying the buyer:
